Our 4 step plan provides all property owners with a long term solution to providing a viable and suitable alternative to winter blues
Prepare floor accordingly: in consideration of existing flooring, including digging out of floor if necessary, insulating, further preparations such as damp proof membrane and perimeter expansion installation, ready for the pipework fitting.
Underfloor heating installation: A maintenance free radiant heating system that is invisible negates the use of ugly space-consuming radiators. It requires only low temperature hot water and is ideal for use with modern condensing boilers. Comfort levels are high and running costs are low.
Specialised Calcium Sulphate screed: A self-levelling screed, blended from selected aggregates mixed with clean water to produce a flowing, pumpable screed, which is ideal for application for warm underfloor heating systems.
Natural Stone Flooring: Underfloor heating with a natural stone floor finish is not only beautiful to the eye; but should be considered as the first choice for maximising radiant heat, as stone tiles retain heat extremely well from underfloor heating.
